Some people believe that the role of HR is nothing more than to ensure payrolls submission and maintain important employee details. In this article, we’ve explored some commonplace myths that we encounter regarding HR. The realities behind these myths may help you form a totally different perspective on HR.

  9. Junior roles in HR, such as recruiter, can be filled with people from Customer Services and Admin Support as the roles share a few common features • At the senior level, joinees are likely to come from consultancy or operations roles Other Vertical Employees cannot join HR
