Defining Our Terms • Alternate Medical Treatment Site (AMTS) or Alternate Care Facility (ACF) • A non-medical facility temporarily adapted to render medical care in a disaster • Point of Distribution/Dispensing (POD) • A non-medical facility temporarily adapted to administer vaccines or prophylactic medications in a disaster
