  2. DMU Space Analysis Annotated View 3D Annotation Measure Inertia Arc thru 3 points Measure Item Measure Between Compare products Distance and Band Analysis Sectioning Clash

  3. DMU Workbench- Open WheelAssy.CATProduct

  4. Check Clash – Contact + Clash Apply

  5. Clash between Rotor and Bearing

  6. Cut a section through the assembly

  7. Drag plane to bolts, put curser on plane and left button

  8. Volume cut

  9. Results of Clash Detection

  10. With compass move bearing

  11. Measure Diameters

  12. Close product and open Rotor.CATPart by itself Double click on sketch

  13. Add Radius and change hole to 37mm

  14. Exit sketch and save as Rotor2.CATPart

  15. In the CATProduct right click on rotor – components – Replace Component

  16. Replace with Rotor2.CATPart

  17. Click OK

  18. The section shows more work is needed

  19. Double click on bearing part to make changes Right click on bearing plate – center graph

  20. Hide Rotor and edit sketch

  21. Change outside diameter to R79mm and radius to 2mm

  22. Double click on the product to work in the assembly

  23. Cut a section through the fasteners

  24. Apply a grid

  25. Save the section

  26. File – save management
