  • Reduced summer session by 25%
  • 4/10 work week for utility savings
  • Reduction in force impacting 140 positions
  • Continued hiring freeze
  • Eliminated PT short-term positions
  • Negotiate savings in health/welfare benefits
  • Parking fee for all employees
  • Increased health and parking fees for students
