  4. Tickets – when do I use what? If you have a school or client who has an issue, direct them to onlineschoolsolutions.com. This process is only to be used by schools. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you are submitting grades for eC or OLS, you will send them to istsupport@k12.com. This is the only reason you use this address. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you believe you have reason to submit a ticket, please first check with Tiffany or Beth. If we tell you to submit a ticket, you as a teacher need to go to ist.k12.com.

  5. Tickets – when do I use what? If you are a contractor and you have a question about your units that you are submitting, please email iqnhelp@k12.com for help. This will generate a ticket that you will monitor. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ PARATURE – ticketing system that is used by leadership team and client services. Teachers no longer have accounts in Parature. Tiffany and Beth will manage tickets that need your involvement. If we need information from you, you will get an email that has this in the subject line: If you get an email like this, please REPLY to the email within 24 hours and provide the information requested. Tiffany and Beth will take it from there.

  6. Locked assessments and reset requests in Bb Quizzes and exams in Blackboard are set up to have “forced completion.” So…if a student opens up a test or quiz and doesn’t complete it nor hit submit, the student is locked out of the assessment. If an assessment is locked, you will see an “in progress icon” in the grade book. Mentors and only mentors can request assessment resets, which will grant the student another attempt. Mentors have unlimited unlocking requests. Mentors can also use online instructional chat services to get an assessment unlocked as well.

  7. How do I clear an attempt in Blackboard? “Clearing” the attempt • Right click and open in a new tab/window. • Control Panel < Grade Center < Full Grade Center • We will not be using the clear attempt button.
