  1. CARC’s 18th Annual Meeting Presents… A Ripple of Hope This presentation is dedicated to the memory of Donna Rado-Nazario and all those that have lost their lives in the fight against AIDS.

Kennedy… “Each time a person stands up for an ideal,or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes outagainst injustice, that person sends forth a tinyripple of hope, and crossing each other from a milliondifferent centers of energy and daring, those ripplesbuild a current which can sweep down themightiest walls of oppression and resistance.”

  5. A RIPPLE OF HOPE: Our Programs Engaging Faith Communities Working with local churches toward a more compassionate approach to fighting HIV/AIDS

  6. A RIPPLE OF HOPE: Our Programs African American Women and the Down Low Phenomenon A series of candid panel discussions on male bi-sexuality and its implications for African American women

  7. A RIPPLE OF HOPE: Our Programs Research Project with… Exploring the role of supportive housing in reducing the risk behaviors of HIV+ individuals

  8. A RIPPLE OF HOPE: Our Programs AIDS LIFE Campaign Advancing the public policy and funding agenda of the HIV/AIDS community CARC would like to say thanks, for your support of people living with HIV/AIDS $5.7 million added to the state budget

  9. A RIPPLE OF HOPE: Our Programs Client/Housing Assistance Funds Meeting the temporary emergency financial needs of people with HIV/AIDS

  10. A RIPPLE OF HOPE: Our Programs SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access & Recovery Training case managers on how to improve the rate of successful applications for benefits

  11. A RIPPLE OF HOPE: Our Programs Mobilizing Connecticut’s Campuses Promoting increased HIV/AIDS testing on college campuses throughout Connecticut KNOW YOUR STATUS

  12. A RIPPLE OF HOPE: Our Programs Quality Assurance Review Process Ensuring quality housing in Connecticut for people living with HIV/AIDS

  13. A RIPPLE OF HOPE: Our Contract Work Current & future projects… Providing support to Southwestern Connecticut’s HMIS network Providing design services for regional Ten Year Plans to End Homelessness Providing website & publication design for other non-profit organizations
