Organizer • Person who schedules, organizes, and starts a webinar. • Can only have one Webinar running at a time. • Default presenter who passes the role of presenter to any panelist or organizer. • Panelist & attendees can also be promoted to organizers in-session, but will not have post-Webinar organizer privileges.

  4. Panelist & Presenter • Panelist- A panelist is a guest who will be presenting (guest speaker) and/or answering questions (subject-matter expert) forwarded to him or her during a Webinar. A panelist can be prompted to presenter at any time during the Webinar. An attendee can be promoted to a panelist. • Presenter- A presenter is the person showing his or her desktop. The current presenter can then pass this role to another organizer or panelist.
