OUR TRAINING METHODOLOGY At IIWH, we strive to provide a well-rounded and effective training methodology that combines theory, practical application, research, real-world experience, and comprehensive evaluations to ensure our students acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for a successful career in the wellness and hospitality industry. • INTERNSHIP Students will have the opportunity to work in a simulated work environment where they can interact with guests, provide treatments, handle reception duties, perform guest consultations, and practice product sales. This experience builds confidence and develops essential skills in guest service.

  4. EXAMINATIONS &EVALUATION Regular assessments are conducted after each module, and a comprehensive final examination is administered at the end of each diploma course. The final examination includes a written examination (MCQ format) to evaluate theoretical knowledge and a practical examination to demonstrate hands-on skills. Upon completion of a course, each student receives an Appraisal Form. This document provides an assessment of the student’s strengths, weaknesses, passed skills, overall grade, and valuable recommendations from the instructors.
