  1. The urban-social regeneration take place in Altamira, located in the city of Monterrey in NazasRiver Street, between Avenues Eugenio Garza Sada and LazaroCardenas. In the Altamira community, high crime and vandalism has impoverished their own people, as they have been involved in this daily "culture", where their opportunities in the labor, educational environment, safety and quality of life, have been reduced, impairing their daily lives. The points that we can take advantage of the area are the beautiful views from all around the perimeter, and open spaces that can be improved to give the necessary impetus to the locals. In this regeneration, our goals are to improve and rescue Altamira debacle which has been immersed, by the means of education, open spaces, improve safety on the streets, and taking advantage of the views of the colony to its external, changing the city's image.
