CIO特論（第4回） 　「ＪＴＢグループにおける 経営戦略とIT戦略について」 日時：11月13日（金）16:40-18:10 場所：西9号館6F607号室 講師：株式会社ジェイティービー　常務取締役　 経営企画担当・事業創造担当・IT企画担当 志賀典人　先生 内容： 激変する社会・経済環境下における旅行業界の現状とJTBグループの経営及びITに関する課題を提示し、その課題解決に向け、JTBグループとして取り組んでいる経営戦略及びIT戦略を紹介します。 さらに、IT戦略・投資計画の策定・遂行過程におけるCIOの役割について論及させていただきます。また、さらなるビジネスモデルの進化を目指し、策定中である長期IT戦略の基本計画についても報告させていただきます。
