  4. Why we're here –Purpose of training • Gain Citizens 2010 Certification • Learn about Citizens new MCM program • Meet together – Key to MCM success is team

Walker Group, Inc – Overview • Incorporated in 2004, worked 600+ claims with small team • 2005 – 12,000+ claims with 250 adjusters deployed (3 major events) • 2008 – 5000+ claims with 120 adjusters (1 major event) • Contracts nationwide for both residential and commercial work • One of top firms positioned for Citizens deployment, high commitment numbers and involvement with pilot projects such as MCM daily claims.

  7. Docs: • Sign Citizens Ethics form • Fill out CAIS form. Most important part is top (name, etc) and experience portion. Take a look at the doc section and let hr@wgclaims.com know if you haven't completed any of the forms listed. • Training Certs will be sent as PDF to adjuster email.
