  9. Industry No specific Polish legal provisions concerning safe application/using of nanotechnology. The most of Polish companies, which apply in their production nanomaterialsproduces products in the area of chemistry or cosmetics.

Industry • Polish Union of Cosmetic Industry: • Polish Cosmetic Companies will adopt their production to any provisions concern using/producing nanoproducts • Some of Polish Cosmetic Companies declare resignation from using of nanomaterials if they will have a „bad reputation” even if toxicological data will confirm they are safe. Knowledge about possible hazard of using and producing nanomaterials is quite low and any additional safe equipment except required is not used during production.
