  2. عدم الإحساس بمشاعر الخادم الآخر Disregarding the Servant's Feelings ضغط على الكل ... والخادم ينتظر تشجيع دون أن يُشَجع Pushing everyone so hard ... And the servant is waiting to be encouraged without being encouraging واحد يقول أنا تعبت أوي ... والآخرون، ألم يتعبوا؟؟ Someone would say I got so Tired ... What about the others ... Didn’t they get tired too?? لم اُفكر أساساً ... يا ترى ماذا يحتاج؟؟ It did not even cross my mind ... I wonder what does he need?!

  3. 2) الإحساس بالظلم بدون مُبرر Feelings of being treated unfair for no cause كل الشُغل عليَ I do all the work مش بيدوني شُغل They are not giving me any work to do لازم بيقولوا عليَ كذا وكذا They must be saying things behind my back

  4. 3)عدم قبول ال ”لا“ كإعتذار عند الطلب Not accepting the “No” as an apology whenever requested أنا أسف، مشغول I am sorry, I am Busy ساعدني Help me زعل Annoyance أفتكر كام مره ساعدته وتنازلت Remembering how many times I helped him and gave in عدم إحتمال الكلام الجاف عموماً Not bearing the unkind words in general

  5. 4) إتخاذ قرارات سريعة دون النظر لتأثيرها النفسي على المُحيطين Taking quick decisions without considering the psychological impact on those around إلغاء خدمة أو ميعاد؟! Cancelling a Service or an Appointment?! توزيع المسئوليات دون مُراعاة الضُعفاء Delegating responsibilities without taking into account the incapable ones دراسة من وجهة نظري ... وعدم سؤال المُحيطين Disregarding others opinion and considering mine only

  6. 5) سوء الظن بالمُحيطين Mistrusting the people around مُبالغات وتهويل في قبول أي عتاب Exaggeration and maximizing the matter when facing any criticizm ياترى مين اللي وَصَل الكلام؟! Wondering who publicized the matter?! إستماع صوت نَفسي وعدم قبول أصوات المُدافعين Following my own opinion and rejecting any voices of defence

  7. 6) عدم قبول، بإرتياح، قيادة من هم أصغر سناً Rejecting, with total satisfaction, the leadership of younger ones التربص بأخطائهم Hunting out their Mistakes التلميح بضعفاتهم Hints and Indications regarding their weaknesses السرحان في ” لو كُنت“ مكانة؟ Mind Drifting away about “ what if I was in his place!?
