EEESAC COMPLIANCE • Council meetings should be scheduled at times convenient for most members and must be publicly announced at least 5 working days in advance of the meeting. • The AGENDA should include an update on the status of the SIP implementation. • Minutes of ESSAC meetings must be recorded along with a list of members who are absent. • Membership- 50% =1 NON-District Employee • A quorum must be present before a vote can be taken. A majority of the ESSAC membership constitutes a quorum. • Other individuals, organizations and institutions in the community may be valuable as you develop your school improvement plan.

  14. EESAC COMPLIANCE Include SIP on EESAC Agenda

EESACs • You may combine the members of your Governing Board with the EESAC. • 50% + 1 (majority) must be non-District employees. • Meetings must be posted at: http://meetings.dadeschools.net/post.asp • Minutes must be kept and posted to the website: http://osi.dadeschools.net • Post your EESAC Roster by Friday, September 25th, http://osi.dadeschools.net • Principals and EESAC Chairpersons must contact the OSI office for verification codes and access.
