  20. EMPAC will strive to • Embed evidenced based policing across all levels of the service within the E Midlands region • Working with academia provide a knowledge and insight base which is reliable and up to date • Be a catalyst for further collaboration and innovation into the service

Progress • Executive Board have met to establish immediate priorities • An event took place in June 14 to gauge levels of interest at this event some mapping took place to agree key themes • CPD events organised (Demand Management, Cyber Crime, Victims Journey) • Schedule meetings with Chief Fire Officers to gauge their interest in this work
