  4. Road Location • The Garden Gulch Access Road is located approximately 7.75 miles north of Parachute via County Road 215.

  6. Area of Operations • The Road will provide access to Oil and Gas Leasehold on top of the mesa directly east of County Road 215.

  8. Visible Operations • Road • Only partially visible from County Road 215 • Not visible from I-70 • Dust • Cause • Blasting of Solid Rock is forcing a short lived dust plume into the air

Dust Issue • All pertinent permits are in place • CDPHE Construction Permit • SWMP Stormwater Permit • Applied for CUP (was found N/A) • Action Items • There have been many attempts to mitigate the dust including watering the ground before operations. • PDC has contacted various companies involved with similar projects to come up with a way to mitigate the dust • PDC has recently bought a water truck equipped with a water cannon to shoot water on the dust after and during blasting and mucking operations.
