TF 172 MPC Outputs • Combined Joint Manning Document (CJMD) • Standard Event Instructions • Canned pre-ex for all CASEX, ISR, MIO events during Serialized Phase • Master Schedule of Events • Meets all national training objectives, including live fire events • Drives all TF 172 RIMPAC activities

Homework pre-MPC • JPAS + registration • TOC/MTOC/DMSC CONOPS • Only P-8 Tacmobile is in Jax (MTOC 5) • Not reverse compatible • Logistics + funding urgently need to be worked out • JMD billet scrub/fill • Coalition 95% complete • CPRW-2, VP-47 • Other USN: NASNI TOC,MOCC F, TOC 0389, MTOC 5, CPRW-10, CPRW-11, AD/res VP squadrons, etc. • On-base billeting for key staff • RoKN, JMSDF, RoKN, RCAF all asking for on base accoms • Confirm VQ-1 Participation

  7. During MPC • Attend Working Groups by specialty • Make sure your issues are being addressed • Get good contact information • C3F, local support • Contribute to MPC outputs as needed • Make sure you have everyone’s requirements • Be ready to take site surveys to K-Bay • FPC will not be in Hawaii • No daily wrap-up meetings • Be ready to report progress at the end

  8. Homework post-MPC • Bed-down plan • Det work spaces, storage, secure facilities for TAPA, VQ, LSRS • MTOC space (building?) • Job Specification Sheets
