Adding a Board Membership 1. Click on the My Page tab 2. In the lower right corner you will see the Board Membership section, click on the Add Board Membership link.
Entering a Board Membership 1 Click on the Find button to search for the Organization who’s Board you are a member of. If you do not find your organization in the search, click Cancel and a text box titled “Enter Organization Name” will be presented for you to enter the name. 2 Indicate your role, start and end of term dates and if this membership is on your company’s behalf.
Logging Board Participation Hours Now that you have created a board membership you will need to log anIndependent Volunteer Activityand associate it to your board membership.
Logging your Board Participation Hours You will find a link to log your independent activity in a number of places, the Home page, the My Page, and the Submit Hours page. On the Home page you will find it in the Quick Links box.
Logging your Board Participation Hours 1 Enter the date, name, description and number of hours for your work. 2. Under “Did you volunteer with a non-profit organization”, select the radio button next to Board Membership and select the appropriate Board Membership (If you have more than one). 3 Enter the location. 4 Click the Submit button.
