There are many great reasons why you should keep a first aid kit for home use. Even in a home without children, you get minor burns, cuts, stings, scrapes and such. Having a first aid kit for such times makes treating them a lot easier. Everything is in one place and as you use up items you can replace them and keep the kit going. Having your supplies in one place rather than scattered around is something you might not think about until the first time you use the kit and then realise how much better it is this way!
