  5. Negative effect • Wind turbines make noises. • Wind noise, moter noise etc. • Low-frequency sound is maked. • We cannot hear Low-frequency sound, but it has negative impacts on us. • Headache, insomnia etc.

  6. The best location • The best locations are in the offing of Japan. • Reasons • Better wind speeds are available offshore compared to on land. • We don’t have to worry about the problem of the noises and securing of location.
