  4. Skills sessions • Every Monday from 8:00 to 9:30 pm • Starting October 13th • Cory Caouette and friends – Bring it back to fundamentals • Shooting • Passing • Ball handling • General hockey skills

Fitness = Key • Yves Paul (Conditioning coach) • Assisted by Adam Chevis (cross fit maniac) • 7 1/2 months progressive training program • Phases (3): Team conditioning sessions every second Wed • Flexible schedule; take-home training program • At your disposal • Monthly status report • Fitness assessments to track progress, 1st one on Mon Oct 20th.

Team selection • Process starts now • Regular season, Fitness, skill sessions and tryouts will be integral part of selection process • On ice tryouts to start late January/early February • Sunday morning scrimmage • Committee to make decisions on team • Committee TBD • Team to be announced on March 1st, 2015

Other • Final preparation from March 1st to D day • Tournament in Toronto – March 27th and 28th • Teams confirmed: Greece, Pakistan, Italy & Portugal • 3 practices each week with focus on systems, Skills and Fitness starting April 1st • Tournament in Zug, Switzerland: • Date – June 19th – 28th (representative leave) • Approximate cost - $3,000 • Website – look for “Worlds 2015” section for updates • Sign up now
