  4. Possible Solutions • Creating a domestic technology managers association • Training managers within the university, starting from student years • System of temporary employment • Maximum use of the university personnel resources

  5. Legislative Problems • Ambiguity of the legal framework of the university commercial activity (the Law on Higher Education – the Tax Code) • Lack or inefficiency of IP commercialization mechanisms
