Huge room for growth in the next 5 years • Large number of new telecom operators; significant growth in rural telephony. Fresh Graduate Selection and Absorption Process Candidate Selection By Cognitel Absorption Evaluation Training By Cognitel • Candidates scoring 60% or more in the training will join Innovis within 2 months of successful completion of training. • Continuous evaluation process with periodic tests during the classroom phase. • Final evaluation after completion of Lab training (if applicable). • Candidates scoring less than 60% will be given a one time chance to participate in classroom sessions at not extra cost to the student and the evaluation process will be repeated. • Trainings to be conducted at our Partner’s Facilities - Cognitel. • Training content and duration as agreed between us and our Partner - Cognitel • Cost is shared between us and the candidate. • Campus recruitment or Walk-ins. • Initial Candidate screening done through a written test. • Shortlisted candidates to undergo a face-face interview. • For campus recruitments, candidates to be issued a conditional (subject to clearing the training with specified score threshold) appointment letter from Innovis.
