  3. 上衣 • 女生： • (一)僅左邊繡「學號」（繡四碼如7001）。 • (二)學號由右向左 • 繡於口袋上沿。

  4. 西裝外套 • 男生： • (一)左邊：「學號」繡於左邊口袋上沿，「虎尾 • 　　　　　高中」繡於學號上方，由右向左繡製 • (二)右邊：繡「姓名」， • 　　　　　由左向右繡製 。 • (三)字體顏色為金黃色。
