  2. India • World’s seventh largest country, and the fourth richest. • Used to be a British colony • Birthplace of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism • The official language is Standard Hindi, while English is the secondary official language(Hinglish). • Mother of Bollywood

  3. Started in 1913. • Doesn’t represent the whole Indian film industry, only a part. • One of the largest centres of film production in the world.
