And that from China to Pakistan and Germany to Japan, health enthusiasts across more than 180 countries would celebrate the day with such fervor? From top politicians to bureaucrats to sports personalities to businessman to the common folks, everyone seems to have fallen in love with the good, old Indian health science that that we call Yoga. What is yoga? Everyone seems to have a different definition of yoga. For some, it’s much like other physical exercises wherein you twist and bend your body. For others, it’s about controlling your breath and gain a deeper sense of your overall being. In western world, yoga is largely considered a big set of asnas (postures) and breathing exercises (Pranayam). However, yoga is way much more than just asnas and breathing exercises.
