  3. A bit of background… Anne Elliot and Frederick Wentworth met the summer of 1806. They were young and extremely in love, so expectantly Wentworth asked Anne to marry him, but because of his lack of social status and financial incapabilities, her father objected, resulting in Anne turning Frederick’s marriage proposal down.

  4. Anne & Frederick’s relationship brings two interesting topics that many relationship deal with… • For Love…? • For Money…? OR Which matters more in a relationship?

Or would you have disobeyed your parents and chose love? • If you were put in Frederick’s shoes, would you given your relationship with Anne another chance? Or would you have continued to ignore her?
