  1. WOW READ: Mary Engelbreit says, “If you don't like something change it; if you can't change it, change the way you think about it.”  THINK: Do you agree with Engelbreit’s idea about change? Why or why not? WRITE: Write about something that you do not agree with. Is it possible for a change to be made so that you would be satisfied? What can you do to help make the change?

Why or why not? WRITE: Write about what your definition of a hero is. Who in your life do you consider to be a hero? Why?

What do you hope to get out of your education? • WRITE: Write about your educational goals. Is school the only place whereyou can become educated? Explain.
