  2. QuikServe RDM Version 6.XX • To Launch the program you just need to log in with a user name and password.

  3. QuikServe RDM Version 6.XX • The main screen is similar to the familiar Management Function screen on the registers.

  4. QuikServe RDM Version 6.XX • System Databuilding functions like the registers. • Some functions are not available in RDM like printer set up and register set up. These need to be performed at the store level.

  5. QuikServe RDM Version 6.XX • Stores can be set up in groups. Make a change to the group and it will update all the stores in the group.

  6. QuikServe RDM Version 6.XX • Add all the stores then create the groups. Add individual stores to the proper group.

  7. QuikServe RDM Version 6.XX • Make changes as needed. Quickly update pricing for a group or change names and food cost.

  8. QuikServe RDM Version 6.XX • Once your changes are complete the program will ask you when the change will take affect. This can be very helpful and will save time.

  9. QuikServe RDM Version 6.XX • This creates .dcf (Data Change Files) files which can then be sent to the Outbox at the store. With PC-POSLink active the registers will pick up the files and process them for the scheduled time.
