NDA ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA – COMPLETE GUIDE BY NATION NDA ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA –COMPLETE GUIDE BY NATION DEFENCE ACADEMY DEFENCE ACADEMY NATIONALITY Eligible candidates include Indian citizens, subjects of Nepal or Bhutan, and Tibetan refugees settled in India before 1st January 1962. AGE LIMIT Applicants must be between 16.5 to 19.5 years at the time of course commencement. MARITAL STATUS Only unmarried male and female candidates are allowed to apply for NDA. EDUCATION REQUIRED Army Wing: 12th pass (any stream) Navy & Air Force: 12th pass with Physics and Mathematics PHYSICAL STANDARDS Candidates must be physically fit, meeting prescribed medical and fitness requirements of the Armed Forces.
