Please follow these important exam instructions to ensure a smooth and successful testing experience. Leave an empty seat between you and your neighbor, and remember that this is a closed book exam—no hats or formula sheets allowed except for the one provided. Use a calculator only if permitted. Turn off cell phones and any Wi-Fi connections. Make sure to bubble in your test number, name, and answers on the answer sheet carefully, and print your name on the question sheet. Check everything twice, erase all corrections completely, and file your question sheet properly. After the exam, remain seated until the period ends.

Exam Instructions • Leave empty seat between you and your neighbor • Closed book exam No hats • No formula sheet allowed except for one provided • Calculator allowed • Turn off cell phones and any other WI-FI connection • Bubble-in your test number on answer sheet (use 76-80) • It’s listed on the top left and right corners of your exam • Bubble-in your name, UF ID, and your answers! • Print name and sign question sheet • CHECK EVERYTHING TWICE! • ERASE COMPLETELY ALL CORRECTIONS, OR TAKE A NEW ANSWER SHEET! • Place photo ID on desk for TA or professor to check • File question sheet in wooden box in alphabetical order • Period 4: after turning in exam, please take a seat until period ends, then please exit through the right (west) side of auditorium
