  4. Pricing Information ~ 3 Day Program Before School program: $20.00/wk. After School Program: $30.00/wk. Before & After School: $50.00/wk. This is per child. Non-residents add $10.00 to the prices

Pricing Information ~ 5 Day Program Before School program: $30.00/wk. $40.00/wk. blended* After School Program: $45.00/wk. $56.00/wk. blended* Before & After School: $70.00/wk. $78.25/wk. blended* *blended refers to all care being combined so the parent pays one fixed price Non-residents add $10.00 to the prices

  8. Snow Days On Snow Days the local radio stations, 92 MOOSE and WABK will be announcing If the childcare program is opening. If weather Conditions are too extreme we will not risk the safety of our employees to open childcare. Snow Day care will begin at 7:00 a.m. or later depending on the road conditions.

SUMMER INFORMATION • Summer Care is located at Farrington School • Facility is licensed for 100 children. • Maintain 10:1 staff ratio to accommodate special needs children. • Cost is $100 per week per child • Each week has a Theme and the group goes on an out-of-town excursion to a State Park. • Where the program is in a school it can only be offered for part of the summer because the school needs to be able to clean the space for the start of school.

  13. Budget Information • The Childcare Bureau is a Special Revenue account. • The Childcare Bureau is self-supporting • The Childcare Bureau receives $24,046.00 from DHHS for Child Care Slots. Which is 6% of the total budget • Private parent fees make up 94% of the budget. • Largest expenses in budget are for staffing, supplies, snacks, and summer transportation.

Staffing requirements for a Licensed Childcare Center • Must maintain a 13:1 Staff to child ratio • Staff must be 18 years old • Staff must be CPR/First Aide certified • Lincoln and Farrington are licensed for 100 children; Gilbert for 70. • Must have SBI and Child Protective background check • If born after 1956 must provide Immunization records • Must have 18 hours of training per year if they work 20 hours or less per week and 30 hours of training if they work over 20 hours per week. • To be a Site Supervisor an Associate Degree in Early Care and Education is recommended.
