  2. Ingredients • 2 ous sensers i 6 rovells (8 persones) • 50 cm cúbics de caldo • Un polssim de sal • Colorant (qualsevol color)

  3. Preparació Per començar, es baten els ous i els rovells lleugerament un polsim de sal i afegim els 50cm cúbics de caldo. S’unta mantega als motlles perquè no s’enganxi l’ou. Es posa a escalfar al bany maria, tapats i sense que bulli entre 15 o 20 min. Desprès es deixa refredar, quan està tebi es talla a trossets molt petits. Finalment poses uns 2l de caldo a escalafar i quan s’està a punt de servir s’aboquen els flams.

  5. Ingredients • 2 eggs and 6 buds(for 8 persons) • 50 cm of soup • A littlesalt • Dyes

  6. Preparation For starters, beat the egg yolks lightly and a pinch of salt and add the broth 50cm. Smeared butter the molds so that the egg does not stick. It gets warm in a double boiler, covered and without boiling between 15 and 20 min. Then let it cool, when lukewarm cut in very small pieces. Finally put a ladder to 2l of stock and when you are ready to serve pour the custard.
