  3. FEE Assembly Hall Infrastructure Needs • Water to check out FEE cooling systems • Air to check out FEE dry-air systems • Power for racks • Connection to some number of DCMs (in the counting house?) • Connection to T+FC (in the counting house?) • ARCNet communication capabilities • LV control

FEE Installation Tasks • Make connections from Glink/Clink crates to racks • 40 T+FC cables from T+FC fanout in rack to Glink/Clink crates • 100 DCM fibers from Glink/Clink crates to patch panel in rack • Install CRAs. For each CRA: • connect 60(64) analog cables from chambers to chassis at Station 2(3) • connect 8(10) T+FC cables to Glink/Clink crates • connect 4(6) DCM cables to Glink/Clink crates • connect 12(8) HV cables to HV supplies in racks • connect HV cables between dist. boxes and chambers • connect 8(10) LV lines to LV distribution cards in racks • connect 1 ARCNet line to ARCNet hub • connect 3(2) calibration lines to chamber • connect 3(2) calibration lines to calibration crate in rack • connect 1 line to air • connect 1 supply and 1 return line to water • Checkout of CRAs: • Run cooling water and dry air • turn on LV; download preamps, AMUADCs, FPGAs; collect calibration data • Install Station 1 chassis. For each chassis ~1/4 of above FEEcables; HV and calibration can be done separately from chassis installation.
