Your Tips! • Select an appropriate investment mix for the following individuals. • Individual 1- Single, 38, high income earner, high risk taker, wants high returns in the short term. • Individual 2 – Married, 68, pensioners, low risk taker, wants security over the long term. • Individual 3 – Single, 24, average income, moderate risk taker, wants a reasonable return to use as a deposit for a house within three years.
