Meeting Schedule • 1st Meeting - June – Introductions and Presentation on Background • 2nd to 4th Meetings – July to September – Panel Discussions among local leaders on current activities and challenges (August 11 City Manager and members of Executive Council) • 5th Meeting – October – Workshop to define vision and goals for community • 6th Meeting – November – Workshop to define stratregies to achieve visions and goals • 7th Meeting – January 2009 – Review Draft proposals to Council for Actions: Specific Proposals, Measurable Results
