  4. Ancient Egyptians Food ! • The Ancient Egyptians ate bread, cereal , rice, potatoes or corn. Bread and cereal was part of their daily diet. They used nets to catch fish that gave Egyptians food. Reeds , called papyrus, grew along side of the Nile. Bread and cereal was made from wheat and barley. • back
