  1. Seeing the Cross… …Through the eyes of God

  2. The Cross to Mankind

  3. The Cross to Angelic beings

  4. The Cross to Demonic beings

  5. The Cross to Non Believer

  6. The Cross to Christ

  7. His focus was on his Glory

  8. (Isa 43:25) I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.

  9. (Isa 48:11) For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another.

  10. His Glory is built around Righteousness

  11. (Rom 3:23-31) For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also: Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith. Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

  12. (Isa 59:2) But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

  13. (Eph2:12-13) That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

  14. (Col 2:14) Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

  15. (Mat 26:39) And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt. (Mat 26:42) He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done.

  16. (Mat 27:45-46) Now from the sixth hour there was darkness over all the land unto the ninth hour. And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

  17. His Glory is built around Righteousness His Glory excludes Religion

  18. (Job 9:2) I know it is so of a truth: but how should man be just with God? (Job 25:4) How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?

  19. (Act 2:36-37) Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ. Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

  20. (Act 9:4-6) And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.

  21. (Act 16:29-31) Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas, And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

  22. His focus was on his Glory • His focus was on his Grace

  23. Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

  24. His Grace paid for our Ransom

  25. (Rom 6:23) For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

  26. (Joh3:16-18) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

  27. His Grace paid for our Ransom • His Grace is something that is Received

  28. Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

  29. (Rom 5:17) For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) (Gal 4:5) To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.

  30. (Joh 1:12) But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
