  4. Paso 3: 3. Find the indirect object PRONOUN for the noun. a mi padre. Yo doy el regalo (le) Juan hace el postre para María. (le)

  5. Paso 4: 4. Rewrite in correct order (i.o. &/or d. o. pronoun goes before a conjugated verb.) Yo le doy el regalo. (le) Juan le hace el postre. (le)

  6. Paso 5: 5. Rewrite in correct order (i.o. &/or d. o. pronoun goes before a conjugated verb.) Change le or les to se if necessary. Yo el regalo. se lo doy (le, lo) Juan se lo el postre. (le, lo) hace

  7. Repaso: Yo doy el regalo a mi padre. Juan hace el postre para María. 1. Read sentence. 2. Find the verb that has an indirect /direct object. 3. Ask WHAT or WHOM about the verb. 4. Replace the io/d.o. noun with the i.o/d.o. PRONOUN. 5. Rewrite in correct order. Yo se lo doy. Juan se lo hace.
