Program Overview • For students who signed the Wisconsin Covenant Pledge in 8th or 9th grade, between 2007 and 2011 • Offers grants of up to $2,500 per yearfor up to 8 semesters • Amount based on family’s financial need • Requires Wisconsin Covenant Scholar confirmation, including FAFSA completion, by April 1stof the student’s senior year

Scholar Confirmation Process • Go to wisconsincovenant.wi.gov to download and complete: • Senior Confirmation form • Record of Service form Completed forms must have signatures from the student, a parent/guardian, and a school official • Submit completed, signed forms to: Higher Educational Aids Board Wisconsin Covenant, P.O. Box 7885 Madison, WI 53707-7885 • Go to FAFSA.gov and complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
