  4. Extracting records from Voyager • Voyager Cataloging Module • Pmarcexport utility • Vgerselect • Runs on the desktop • Can make decisions • Slower than Pmarcexport, but can run unattended

  5. Vgerselect • Freely available: http://www.library.northwestern.edu/public • Requires the ODBC driver provided by Voyager • Same drivers required to us MS Access with the Voyager database

  7. Webadmin • Web based utility – no extra software required • Runs reports and certain server jobs • Generates report files for jobs run • Allows for bulk import of files on workstation • Import based on profiles set up in SysAdmin
