  2. ORGANISATIONAL CONTEXT • SETAS and bureaucractic structures are not useful to address urgent needs or gain competitive advantage. Sometimes you have to avoid these structures and finance your own interventions • Some slides veer between high level strategic style and fussy HR detail; avoid the detail

  3. ORGANISATIONAL CONTEXT • Avoid germanic use of capitals. In English we use capitals for proper names and not all over the place for any sort of noun • Please do not do American spelling (e.g. program instead of programme). Set your spell check on SA English or British English • Avoid jargon completely (“out of the box”, “buy in”, “win-win”, etc.)
