  1. Shoulder Maintenance • There are other shoulder exercises that can be done in supplementation to tubing exercises. • Weights can be used with these exercises, but do not exceed 5-10lbs with any overhead exercises. • The main focus of these exercises is scapular stabilization, so when performing theses exercises, be sure to maintain shoulder retraction to emphasize proper form.
