Friendship is important in a team so you work together well.

To ensure you keep up your balanced diet you do need to eat protein, fish, meat, dairy, beans and pulses, cereals and grains, vegetables and fruit. (food triangle) Also you need to keep yourself fit and exercise.

Challenge: Try something new

Get Active

Don’t just sit on your sofa all day unsocial able. Get outside in the fresh air do some sport go for a run, play a game of tennis, swimming, go to the park and get active.

Challenge: get active at least 2 times a week!
