WHAT’s THE NEED • Electricity consumption play a major role in deciding the production costs of any product oriented industry . • The major load in any industry is its machinery. • How good it would be if you know : • Daily Unit Consumption (kWh or kVAh) of each & every machines with timings, Shift consumption can be calculated. • The full load (Ampere) the machine takes while production is going on & no load (Ampere) when the machine is running idol, Which shall help you Analyze how much work is been done on that particular machine, Hence the worker’s efficiency. • Run-Hour & on-Load-hour of your machinery. You exactly know the electricity consumption incurred on producing a single piece from the machine. Also, you can now analyze the efficiency of your machine Operator.

THE CONCEPT MACHINE 1 MACHINE 2 RS-485 to USB Converter MACHINE 3 MACHINE 4 MACHINE 5 MACHINE 6 MULTI-FUNCTION METER WITH RS-485 Multi-Function meter with RS-485 port shall be installed on each machine ,these Meters will communicate with our meter Logger software running on a computer system in the plant . The communication will be done with the help of a 2 core shielded twisted pair wire & a USB to RS-485 converter. The meters will be connected in parallel.

  4. THE SOFTWARE • The Satya meter logger software will log data from each & every meter installed on the machines. The key features of the software are mentioned below: • Logs parameters with date & time stamp. • Microsoft office excel worksheet can be generated for any particular desired period . • Connectivity indication is always present ,You will always know whether the particular machine is connected or not. • Scanning time of data can be varied from 1 minute to 1 hour. • Special SMS alert facility can be added to basic software for any of the parameters.

  5. BASIC SCREEN This screen lets you add, Remove & see the connection Status of the meters. If the bulb glows green it indicates the meter is connected , if it is red connectivity not present. The instantaneous log of all the parameter with date & time can be viewed on this Page on second tab.

  6. The excel report for each & every parameter can be Generated between desired Period of time from the third tab. The excel report is generated for your analysis. It is extremely simple To understand.
