  2. PodCast • A podcast is a series of digital media files, either audio or video that is downloaded through the web. This mode of delivery is what makes podcasts different by accessing media files over the internet.   3. Google Talk • Google talk is a free windows and web-based application for instant messaging offered by google Inc. The first version was releases on August 24, 2005.   4. Webcasts • A webcast is a media file distributed over the internet using streaming media to take single content source and distribute to many listeners/ viewers. The term webcasting is usually reserved for referring to non- interactive linear streams or events.

Shared Calendars • Google calendar- a shared calendar is used for sharing events with other people by inviting them to view your calendar daily, weekly or monthly to see when people are busy or free.   7. Blogs • Blog are websites maintained by individuals which are regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video.
