  3. Ninja Warrior Tips • Tip 1:Whether you are a spectator or a participant, make sure you carry your food. You can’t be sure of the stall timings here, and you don’t want to starve. So, bring your food along. • Tip 2: The course is going to be harder than what you can imagine, and as most of these courses are shot late at night, your course is not going to start before 8 or 9 pm.

  4. Tip 3: Grip strength is essential, but the first three tasks require more than just grip strength. • Tip 4: Latches are essential. You have to practice front and backswing, to do away with these obstacles.

  5. Tip 5: Tramps might seem simple to get on while watching the show on the TV. But, in reality, it isn’t that simple. It is always advisable to practice on a mini tramp before you had to the Ninja Warrior course. • Tip 6: To develop the right skill for the game, it is essential that you do some pull-ups. • Tip 7: The first obstacle is not as easy as it looks like on the show. The obstacle gets harder as you go further, with the water depth perception and your vision being unsteady.

  6. Tip 8: While preparing for the course is one thing, actually doing it in front of the cameras and audience is very different. You have to be prepared not to get tensed or feel the anxiety when being the center of attention. Follow the Ninja Warrior tips, and prepare well. This task is a great way to find out your potentials.
