  2. Brief overview of Snapchat Streaks A Snapchat streak is a way that tracks how many consecutive days you and a friend have sent snaps to each other. It's a way to show how long your communication streak has lasted.

  3. Follow the steps to start a Snap streak 1 Download the Snapchat Application to your device and launch it.

  4. 2 Now, tap or swipe right on the Chats Icon located at the bottom.

  5. 3 Double-tap the name of the friend you want to start a Snapstreak with.

  6. 4 Using the Big Circle (○), click a picture, or a video.

  7. 5 Finally, click the Arrow Icon (►) located at the bottom right. You and your friend need to send snaps to each other for three days straight. If you manage that, a fire emoji (?) will appear next to your friend's name on the chat screen
