  3. Methods 研究案例：2007年接受原发性肺癌切除术后新近诊断为临床I期NSCLC 的患者 索引日期：指标手术的入院日期。

  4. Methods • 将台湾麻醉药定义为1级或2级管制药物，使用等效止痛剂量图来把药物用量转换为统一的麻醉剂等价剂量。统计分析方法为卡方检验和t-检验。 对比了VATS组与开放手术组在索引日期后一年的麻醉剂使用情况。

  5. Results 研究发现，鉴定的329个案例（114例VATS，215例开放手术）中，两组数据的大多临床变量没有差别。 在索引日期VATS麻醉剂用量较少（平均静脉吗啡用量：54.6 vs 71.4 mg） 这个倾向在索引日期后的第2到12个月保持不变（54.6 vs 71.4 mg）。

  6. Conclusions 研究表明，相对于开放手术，早期NSCLC的VATS后麻醉剂用量一直较少。 进一步的前瞻性研究在评估这项发现方面有重要意义。
