  2. خانم 18 ساله ای بدلیل دردهای شکمی از حدود یکماه قبل تحت ارزیابی قرار گرفته بود . اولتراسونوگرافی مطرح کنندۀ کلیه های نعل اسبی هیدرونفروتیک همراه با یورينوم وسیع رتروپریتوئن سمت چپ بود . در CT اسکن شکم و لگن یافته های فوق تائید شدند . بیماربا تشخيص UPJO دوطرفه كليه هاي نعل اسبي، تحت جراحی با برش Midline بالا و پائین ناف قرار گرفت . شواهد مطرح کننده یورنیوم وسیع رتروپرپتوئن اطراف کلیه چپ و high insertion UPJ انسدادی دو طرفه بود . بیمار تحت تخلیه یورنیوم و پیلوپلاستی Dismembered دوطرفه قرار گرفت و اسکن DTPA پیگیری فاقد انسداد است.
